Ingredients
2 Eight ounce filets
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp SpicyGreek Meat Blend
Directions
Rub olive oil over both filets.
Rub SpicyGreek® Meat Blend on both sides and around the outside of each filet.
Place in a glass dish or bowl and let marinate for two hours in the refrigerator.
Grill to an internal temperature of 130° for medium rare. Serve with your favorite vegetables.
